Customer preference survey methodology
Standards that must be met before a preference score is published on this website.
No survey score is currently published. A score will be displayed only after the supporting response records, dates and calculation have been verified.
Purpose and wording
A pre-launch survey measures respondent interest in the presented project proposition; it is not a resident satisfaction score, delivered-home review or investment-return claim. Any published result will use the label “customer preference survey” and identify the question and rating scale.
Required records
- Survey period, response channel and exact question
- Anonymous response ID and timestamp for every entry
- Duplicate and invalid-response filtering method
- Number of valid responses and arithmetic calculation
- Consent for any published quotation or personal name
Publication standard
The visible score must match the verified dataset and show the valid sample size. Incentivised responses must be disclosed. Survey results will not be marked up as Google AggregateRating unless they independently meet Google’s review eligibility rules.
