Project content is prepared from information shared through developer or authorised sales channels, available project material, location observations and publicly accessible regulatory information. Final RERA registration, sanctioned plans, specifications, prices and agreements take precedence over this microsite.

Pre-launch information

When information is preliminary, we identify the project as pre-launch and disclose that its UP-RERA number is awaited. We do not present an EOI as guaranteed allotment or ownership. Prices are represented as starting values and should be confirmed through a dated, unit-specific cost sheet.

Images and updates

Conceptual or reference imagery illustrates the intended design direction and is not a contractual representation. Articles show their publication context and are reviewed when material facts change. Corrections may be requested at info@ujjwalpropmart.com.
